While working with clients, we’re constantly learning about their needs and managing inquiries that arise. As a result, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers in order to provide additional support. What is a physiotherapist?
Physiotherapists are allied health university trained experts in injury diagnosis, injury treatment, exercise prescription, injury prevention, rehabilitation and many other areas of sports, health and fitness.
How do i book an appointment?
If you are nearby, you can come visit and just walk-in for a session if there are readily available physiotherapists, but please be prepared for 15 minutes waiting time.
You can also book online, by filling in the online form and choosing the appropriate date and time as preferred. However, booking online is limited to either 1 session at the centre or home session.

Do I need a doctor's referal letter?
No, if you have one, it is good practice to bring along with you, but it is not necessary to bring a doctor's referral letter or form.
What should I bring and proper attire?
You may bring along any relevant doctor's referral letter or recent medical records. Be prepared to provide your previous medical or surgical history. If you have them and if they are relevant bring scan/MRI reports, and list of medication.
You may wish to wear comfortable, loose clothes or bring along shorts and t-shirt.
Can I contact Physio Orama for unknown pain that has been longer than 2 weeks?
You are advised to get the pain checked at a primary clinic or hospital, however, yes, it is okay to contact us and come for a consultation to check for the source of your problem!
